Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dalbott's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.


2. Services

Dalbott provides fractional CTO and CPO services, team augmentation, and related consulting services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Technical strategy and architecture consulting
  • Product strategy and roadmap development
  • Team augmentation with senior professionals
  • Investor network introductions

3. Engagement Terms

All engagements are subject to a separate service agreement that outlines specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation. These Terms of Service govern general use of our website and initial consultations.


4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose any proprietary information, business strategies, or technical details shared during our engagements without explicit written consent, except as required by law.


5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created during an engagement belongs to the client. Dalbott retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during engagements.


6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement.


7. Limitation of Liability

Dalbott's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.


8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.


9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
